PRIVACY POLICY
Modern commerce necessarily requires that you give us sensitive personal information: your address, your phone number, your credit or debit card number and expiration date...all things that must be absolutely safeguarded, so safeguard them is what we do. We store your personal data in a protected database that won't be shared with anyone, not for any reason, unless you give us your explicit advance approval. (We reserve the right to use this information to reach you regarding order placement or fulfillment, of course.)
You may contact us at any time to change your personal
records in our system, or to have them removed.
Just call, write, or email us as shown on the Contact page. And if you feel
this privacy policy has been violated, or you dispute our handling
of your personal information, let us know and we will attempt
to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
NO SUBMISSIONS
Conlan Press is NOT open to outside submissions. Nothing personal, we're just not. We develop what we want to publish internally. Please do NOT send us any manuscripts for
consideration.
If you
do send a submission to us anyway, despite this warning, your materials
will be returned only if you include a SASE (Self-Addressed Stamped
Envelope) with sufficient postage to get everything back to you. Conlan
Press is not responsible for any damage or loss which may occur in the
handling of unsolicited submissions.
DEFECTIVE GOODS / RETURNS
You may return any non-downloadable item we sell within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, assuming the merchandise is in the same undamaged and unopened condition in which it was shipped. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
You may return any defective or damaged item that we sell within 30 days of delivery and receive a replacement. Please note that we are unable to offer exchange items or refunds on defective or damaged merchandise, ONLY replacements. Please note also that we will replace damaged or defective merchandise only so long as (a) it was damaged or defective when it came to you, and (b) you let us know within 30 days of delivery.
We will not issue refunds or replacements for books or
audiobooks which have been damaged by improper usage,
treatment, or negligence on the customer’s part; Acts of God; or which have been reported to us more than 30 days after delivery.
